Hi Dana, If your husband's arthritis is inflammatory in nature such as Rheumatoid arthritis, have you checked for food allergies? They can trigger an inflammatory response in different body systems. I once saw a program on T.V. on clinical ecology where a man could not even open his hands after eating beef. It would take about three days for that symptom to subside. Beef, dairy, chocolate, wheat, corn, gluten ,peanuts and, the nightshade family of vegetables are among the most common allergens. EPA from cold water fish and GLA have been very helpful in inflammatory conditions including arthritis. What kind of diagnosis was given to your husband?
