Activated charcoal is the main one, and as with CSM (choles...) it
requires lots of water and some dose time management to avoid
constipation. Another that I have heard about is bentonite clay- there
is a guy on this list that knows quite a bit about clay healing in
general; I read some testimonials about a wyoming clay trade name
Pascalite for detoxing. Some people use psyllium seed, or other plant
fibers to help keep things moving.
I had not heard about using DE for detoxing, I don't think, but then I
have not been doing any new research into it for a couple of years. I
thought it was for killing parasites- that might be the same thing
where your case is concerned.
Sauna is one of the best ways to go- or hot sweat baths with a handful
of salt in it. The toxins that come out of the skin do not have to go
through the organs, so there can be immediate relief. The sweat needs
to be washed or wiped off right away, that is why I like the baths
(that, plus I do not have a sauna). The salt in the bathwater helps
draw the toxins out of the skin.

Could you tell me what some of the other things that bind toxins are.
I was
unable to find anything other than the DE.
