Dear Faith,
The subject was Lugol's Iodine and hypothyroidism. I said nothing about
Armour Thyroid nor any other form of desiccated thyroid. Personally, I
wouldn't take Armour because it has thyroxine in it and I want to
rebuild my thyroid not put it to sleep. The desiccated thryroid I am
taking has the thyroxine removed.
Iodine has a very important role in our overall health, and especially
the thyroid and I wanted to know what others had experienced in terms of
dosage.

Do you mean Armour Thyroid? That is what I am taking and it is
wonderful. I took Levoxyl for 20 years, and that stuff should be
criminalized. I feel 1000% better on Armour. Why are you wondering
whether you are getting enough? Doesn't your doctor test your blood?
