Hi, Lea Ann,
I take a shot glass of it, more or less, after I brush my teeth, and I
hold it in my mouth for awhile (defined as however long I feel like it,
a minute to 10 minutes). I make my silver water to have the clearest,
smallest size, and it takes awhile. It takes longer the slower it goes,
and the slower it goes, the smaller the particles. Again, more or less.
When I first started the silver internally, it was killing off
something, and I was sensitive to that, so I chose to go slow, and keep
detoxing as I went along. It took several months to get up to speed.
I get relapses when it rains out (mold sensitivities); when there is a
water leak somewhere in the house (again mold growing, complicated as
hell to get rid of); when i am cleaning up the mold, due to ammonia
exposure; or get exposed to any volatile chemical in sufficient quanity
to foul up my body's toxin removal system. Other things that can foul
me up are of course the food allergies etc. but mostly it takes
something very toxic to set me off, like mold, mycotoxins or chemicals.
Lyme disease can do it too.

I wish it were that... I take magnesium to the point of "the runs" all

I've been trying to piece together what changed in the past two weeks
that could have brought on this sudden "re-lapse". All I can think of
is that I had been off of store bought vitamins for the year that I
was feeling better and I had just purchased and started taking those
vitamins again pretty close to the time that I started feeling
exhausted again.
Fingers crossed here that it is something as simple as a sensitivity
to something in the Vitamins.
However, I would still really like to hear from people on this list
what amount of CS you take internally on a daily basis (if you take it
daily). And, if I should use a different setting on my SilverGen in
order to get a better particulate size for internal use.
Many thanks in advance...

Magnesium deficiency often is misread as CFS.
