Subject: CS>Thyroid growth

Hi all,

I just received my ultrasound results today from my thyroid. I have a
lump which the doctor found 2 months ago during a routine physical. I
never noticed it before that. My blood tests came back with all normal
ranges for the thyroid, but the ultra sound came back with a lump about
a cm (1/2 inch) diameter. The mass grew quickly as nobody noticed it
before the day the doctor saw it. It does no feel like a hard mass all
the time but if I am stressed It does seem more prominent.

All my blood test results are all with-in their normal ranges:
TSH (CE) 1.910 normal range is 0.35 - 5.0 mIU/L.

She is sending me to 2 different surgeons. One is convenient because he
comes to my town once per month, and the other is an Endocrine
Surgeon. Both are 300 km away. She is now going on holidays so
nothing will be done for several weeks likely.

So I would like to know what if any alternative modes will help support
the thyroid. I have done a 10 day master cleanse a month ago, which I
saw no difference in the lump much one way or the other. I am thinking
of doing some more deep tissue cleanses. Kelp has been suggested, but
is there any one type better than the other?

P.S. I have had my gall bladder removed, a hysterectomy, and they say I
have an enlarged spleen and fatty liver.
