I would suggest you invest in a laser pointer, you can check for Tyndal
every few minutes to figure out how long to "cook" it.  I found one at
Staples, on a keychain, for about $12.  Just shine the beam into the top of
your container, you'll see a definite red ray when you're producing CS.
