Yep, no worries, I am only going on the tutorials and other info I've been reading. Electronics for dummies if you like! Kindergarten stuff.

Hey, I aint tellin' no-one nuttin' Andy. Don't want to be thrown off the site just yet, I've only been here a week!

I can also see, and am fully aware, that I am considerably out of my depth here amongst you lot too, but having said that, I consider I have read enough about ions/particles/ratios/which is best/which is not/colours/chlorides, proteins, nitrates, gels, acetates, compounds etc etc to form my own opinions and conclusions. I have also researched bio-availability, CS crossing the blood brain barrier, killing 'good' bacteria, injecting CS directly into cancer tumours, IV treatment of CS in combination with h2o2 for specific malladies etc etc, but I can see I need to study electronics if I want to consider, or contemplate, taking my CS to another level, if that's possible of course, no good trying to re-invent the wheel.

It will be a while yet before I open myself up for criticism on any ideas or opinions I may have regarding CS and all that goes with it though, (a feeling of 'intimidation' I believe the word is I am looking for here, by those who are more familiar with CS than I), as some go against the grain here, some will probably be shot down in flames, and some will be criticised, I don't want to 'lead with my chin' just yet, maybe a little later on, and Yes, everything is helpful one way or another. I don't want to appear head-strong, or a 'know-all' or be misunderstood. I also need to try and develop more tact and diplomacy as they are the two commodities of which I lack somewhat when communicating via mediums such as this. OK, back to the books.

Neville.

Hi Neville,

It doesn't matter which way the current flows. If you look at vacuum tubes you may want to go from minus to plus (cathode emission). If you look at solid
state devices you might want to go with plus to minus (the direction the
arrows on diodes and transistors point). What is important is that you pick one direction and stick with it. Tell everyone who disagrees with you that they
are fools and they are wrong.

I hope this helps,
Andy

G'day Andy,

It'a amazing what one learns isn't it, I always thought power ran FROM the positive TO the negative but going on what I am reading it is 'PUSHED', so to speak, from the NEG to the POS. I have looked at power backwards all my
life.
