I've sent Helen a private mail encouraging her to switch to the regular list rather than the digest, then training her e-mail program to sort incoming mail so any message with "CS>" in the Subject goes to a separate message folder.
She's using Outlook Express, which, thanks to Microsoft's stubborn stupidity, is incapable of handling MIME formatted digests in a usable way. While the best thing might be to dump Outlook, the shorter solution is the above.
