In his postings to this group, Frank Key has always made clear that the
LVDC process most of us use to make EIS works, that the resulting
product contains both ions and particles, and that the EIS is
effective. He contends that his product is superior, without denying
the efficacy of the home-made product.
I don't know whether there have very been any double-blind studies that
compare his product with other kinds of "colloidal silver."
