Now that I have found CS I can't imagine not having it. But while it helped my gums a lot it didn't completely rid me of the infections although it kept them at a much lower level. When I added bentonite use to the CS my infections have been eliminated. Like the CS, once you use the bentonite you find all kinds of uses for it. Now the two of them are my personal go to remedies for nearly everything. - Steve N
