You may be right of course.
Possibly many kinds of trauma, my idea is
an injury or shock to the body.
I remember One ! I jumped into a river, ice cold water, and
I though I was going to die.
I was purple all over when I got out.
I learned a lesson, ........... Never again !
However from the spider bite, I had one degree of fever for one day only.
Not much of a Trauma. That was when I decided that a little old
spider had no chance
of killing me.
Another point.
An intelligent person might get a Trauma and a dumb one might not.
Maybe throughout life, I was too dumb to realize I was supposed
to have a trauma, after
car wrecks, falling out of trees, motorcycle wrecks, ect.
Still not sure how the "Defence System" enters in.
I know a few times, the lack of a Defence System could have
easily produced a trauma,
not one that was working too good.
Still Confused I guess.
