I use it (CS a couple of oz) in my Humidifier all Winter long. It holds about 5 gallons, I just pour some in each time I fill the 2 jugs. it keeps the tank from growing any thing, I do not clean tank till end of season use. If I want CS in air I put it in my nebulizer. When I have any thing in my chest usually 1 session of 10 minutes knocks it out. I only change my media pad in humidifier when it gets too crusted with minerals to work (about every month or so) when Humidifier will not keep up. I have a humidifier on furnace but prefer the consol one. I can get the humidity to where ever I want in the house. Bob
