Saccromyces Boulardi promotes the growth of lactic acid in the gut, which makes a better atmosphere for the good bacteria. It is actually a yeast product itself. But a good yeast. I notice a BIG difference in my yeast problem when I'm taking it as opposed to when I'm not.
