essential article arguing that vitamin D3 is a powerful anti-viral to
be taken during flu season. Written by an MD, it presents a plausible
hypothesis that low levels of sunlight, needed to convert cholesterol
in skin to vitamin D, explains the onset of "flu season." This is one
