I fully believe that one of the most important things that should be tested
for and rectified if necessary is pH,potential Hydrogen.
Recent reported results of population testing showed that over 60% of people
were in an acidic state,to the detriment of their health.
I have read more than one report where researchers have shown that many
diseases /Cancer cases are in an acidic state.Which also is anaerobic.no
Oxygen present.
Test paper can be bought at most H.food stores.Do not get pH paper used by
diabetics as it is too coarse in increments.
The test I use each AM on arising is this; [the healing range],
Saliva reading times 2, plus Urine reading ,divided by 3 = ?
? should be from 6.2 - 6.6
The ideal range is 6.4.
Do not use metal to take samples in as it can at times skew the readings.Use
glass for urine and hard plastic spoon for saliva.
