Hi folks, I was having a thought the other day about Royal Rife and his machine, and this evoked a thought on the modus operandi of EIS. I was wondering if maybe the reason that silver in this form, works not because of the silver itself, but because of the electrical charge that the silver holds. As you know, I'm not knowledgeable like a lot of you out there, but this possibility struck me out of the blue. Could this be possible do you think? Over to you.
