That's a great link, thanks for posting it. My understanding is that the HVAC method produces more particulate than ionic, but that it does still produce both. The LVDC also produces both, hence the Tyndall effect, which requires particles. I believe Brooks Bradley may have been using LVDC-produced silver in his research, though I'm not sure -- I'm just assuming that because I saw his name on at least one article discussing LVDC generators... I'm not so certain that either method is superior. I'm just sticking with HVAC now because I don't want to "mess with success", but I do suspect I might've gotten the same results with LVDC. Initially, I believed that ionic was inferior and that particulate was "the good stuff", but after reading a lot more about it I seem to know a lot less than I did then. I do know what the brew that works for me tastes like, but I don't know how many ppm it has. Pretty flaky, huh? :) I could buy an EC/PPM meter, but I don't actually have faith in their accuracy. I will use Faraday's law to calculate, but first I need to rig a high voltage probe setup for my multimeter to really know how much current is passing through the brew, and monitor that over the entire 16-18 hour brew time to learn actual average current used. I will do that at some point, probably next month. Cheers, indi -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
