I'm planning to buy that brand next, but right now I still have some of the Spectrum brand which I've been using. I do eat it by the spoonful (one big, round spoonful per day), which is a bit challenging for me -- it tastes very nice, but eating pure fat for some reason always tends to trigger my gag reflex. I give it to my dog as well; he loves it and has no problem with eating pure fat. I really don't use it for cooking or baking, due to concern I'd lose a lot of the benefit that way. Besides, I am too addicted to the taste of butter, LOL. Practically every recipe that calls for any kind of fat I use butter, except for those which really demand olive oil. Being vegetarian has definitely not made me a health nut. :) Cheers, indi -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
