Dr. Hunter of "Foundations of Colloidal Science" says that colloid behavior 
is very much affected by the presence of surface active agents, such as 
sodium laurel sulfate.  To even approach how this works specifically with 
CS is beyond my knowledge.  But it may not be beneficial if you get less CS 
effect with more soap.
