Kathryn,
I have seen somewhere a DIY diagram showing an ozone ganerator put into
a box with a fish tank air pump pulling the ozonated air from the box
and bubbling the ozonated air through water. Is this what you are
looking for?

The normal protocol per Hulga Clark is to take the tube with ozone
coming out of it and put it into a glass of water with ice in it for 5
or so minutes.
