I already have Ashwaghanda But I will check out the Eleuthero.

Eleuthero has a lot of great qualities, not the least is being fairly cheap...

I use it for it's ability to give greater physical endurance and for
it's ability to counteract the action of stress.
Go to that same site to see all the other things it may affect.

Another good herb of similar type is Ashwaghanda.
