Hey!

After reading the post on the effects of the moon on CS making, I was
wondering if anyone out there was planning to make CS during the solar
eclipse tomorrow and then test the results to see if it's any better
than normal.

It looks like the total part of the eclipse will be from 9:30 UT until
12:30 UT on August 11th. If the east coast of the US is 5 hrs behind
UT, then that would make the best CS making time between 4:30a and
7:30am, Wednesday.(Tomorrow) I'm planning on making some, but don't
have any equipment to test the results.

I'd be interested in know if anyone else is planning to experiment.

If you're interested in lunar effects...and the moon is one half of
the solar eclipse, then check out:

Thanks!

And good viewing to you all!

Jim
