Hi Ode. I was interested by your remarks because I am making what I think is ionic silver but the taste, if made in a 32ounce jar and taking about ten hours; is definitely bitter. It is less so if made in a smaller jar at about five hours brewing time, but still has a slight twang. You said that ionic silver has no flavour and alkaline water is bitter so can you explain why mine is the opposite please? Many thank. Dee
