hmmm, let me quote the US LAW on this, check in you local library if you don't believe it. The following is from USC (United States Code) Title 50 Sec. 1520a. Restrictions on use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents (a) Prohibited activities The Secretary of Defense may not conduct (directly or by contract) - (1) any test or experiment involving the use of a chemical agent or biological agent on a civilian population; or (2) any other testing of a chemical agent or biological agent on human subjects. (b) Exceptions Subject to subsections (c), (d), and (e) of this section, the prohibition in subsection (a) of this section does not apply to a test or experiment carried out for any of the following purposes: (1) Any peaceful purpose that is related to a medical, therapeutic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, industrial, or research activity. (2) Any purpose that is directly related to protection against toxic chemicals or biological weapons and agents. (3) Any law enforcement purpose, including any purpose related to riot control. Look at exception 3 Chuck, what's it's saying is that if law enforcement decides that it needs to spray anthrax, then they can do it without anybodies consent. If for some silly reason law enforcement decides that they need less population in order to control people better, then they are able to, by law, to "test" anthrax, or any other biological agent. Sorry to butt in, but it really irks me when sheeple are being led to the slaughter baaaahing merrily all the way. By the way, this should be considered on topic, because as far as I know, colloidal silver is effective against many of the biological agents that are available.
