I agree with you, But on border towns near Arizona you can buy a CS product 
called "Microdyn" it is $13.72 pasos the last I bought, for 15ml.
The paso was about 8 per one dollar then. so cost was like $1.80 US. or so.  
Not much money, and they suggest use of topical, and water purification. I seen 
it in all the Drug stores.  They say on the bottle 20 ml to 1 gallon of water, 
to purify .I have not tested it yet for parts per million, yet. I just bought 
it because I wanted to have it in my poisson.
