I used a DC CS generator with an electrode in each of two containers of distilled water, with a copper wire hung over the lips to connect them electrically while keeping the voltage down below where colloidal copper is made..20 some volts? One container made OH [-] rich "ionized water", the other... Ionic Ag [+] Anion free silver water...instead of the normal Hydronium rich H3O [+] "acid water". I could see possible flaws in the idea, but did it anyhow, just for grins and giggles I don't know "why" that worked..it may not have shoulda worked...but it apparently did.

Normally, they connect the two containers electrically with RO water filter material or shammy cloth and use platinum or stainless steel electrodes. That takes a bit of creative plumbing, but a flexible polyvinyl hose packed with shammy cloth, soaked thoroughly with water to make a static syphon and hug over the sides to connect two glasses [or mud buckets] might do it....that, some stainless welding rod or plate for electrodes and a 12 volt car battery for power.

If the setup draws current... you got it.
I'd be using pretty pure water. Reverse Osmosis water should do well.

Under the heading "Make something mundane into a miracle and sell it for 10 grand".....

Add salt to the water and you'll likely have a miracle cleanser water machine with Hypochlorus acid in one bucket and Lye [Sodium Hydroxide] water in the other. Making the two in the same container is a no brainer..two electrodes, salt water and a battery..short shelf life as they'll want to neutralize each other and turn back into salt water as soon as you turn the power off, pretty fast.

If you have enough junk around, it's FREE.

..mind the hydrogen and oxygen gasses and don't blow yerself up. [Ventilate..Duh? ]

This sounds like maybe the Kangen water??? Anybody know how to make a simple unit that will make and separate the alkaline and acidic water?? pj
