Have no idea what lack of moons mean, but I do know that I use to have large moons on all my fingers. Now the only large moons are on both my thumbs, and very small moons on 2 fingers on one hand and 1 very small moon on 1 finger on the other hand.
I also use to have horizontal ridges on my thumb nails. Now they are gone and I have vertical ridges there, plus vertical on both little finger nails and 3 other fingers.
