My diagnosis of lyme came last August. Started doxycycline then, CS
several months later. My first many doses of CS had nearly identical
response as the doxy with the one exception that the CS herx was more
widespread throughout my body. It felt more "thorough."
My Home made CS
My home made CS generator almost certainly creates varied batches. I
dont time it precisely & dont have an electronic method of reducing
amperage. I did test the amperage a couple of times in the beginning
& it was well below, by an order of magnitude, the 0.4 amperes that I
had read you do not want to exceed. The method is a liter of
distilled water, 12 volt dc for a 1/2 hour, 1/2 hour reversed
polarity, then reduced voltage & reverse polarity for lengths of time
entirely dependent on how much attention I pay to it. In the
beginning I was very concerned about silver toxicity. After internet
research & experimentation, I concluded this was NOT the problem so
many sites discuss. When I take CS I take vastly more than I see
recommended. The liter lasts me 2 days, followed by a couple of days
without. With nuero-lyme, its hard to pay attention to these details
& my life.
(Lists have funny reactions, there will probably be responses that
say never take more than the few tablespoons recommended. If those
responses are not too many or too vociferous, there will probably be
some meek souls who will respond that they too take or have taken far
more.)
The possible side effects of CS:
The most recited side effect is turning blue. From the list I learned
that the fingernail "moons" usually turn blue first. Also that
sunshine may act as a catalyst. These have not been apparent to me.
The second most recited side effect is liver toxicity. Because I take
so much, I also aid the liver & body to detox by 1) taking milk
thistle supplements daily, 2) weekly coffee & salt enemas, 3) hot
soaking baths with epsom salts & baking soda in the water & while
taking MSM, vit c, magnesium & enough niacin to cause the flush. (I
have read that the cyst form will mutate to the regular form in the
presence of magnesium.)
The third side effect to CS which I just read yesterday, is that the
lyme bacteria Bb, will go into cyst form in the presence of CS. I do
not have any information that CS can kill or disable the cyst form.
The CS seemed to NOT have an effect on the babesia. I recently went
off doxy & stared an herbal protocol which seems to have reduced my
babesia symptoms.

Hi all,
I posted this message but haven't gotten any responses. I'd really
appreciate help with these questions:
I'm considering using colloidal silver as a part of my regular
regimen for lyme and babesia. I have several questions and I'd be
grateful for your help.
For your info, I have a Silvergen machine. Here goes:
1. Should I be using Silvergen silver, or would I have better
results with one of the pre-made silvers like mesosilver,
nutrasilver or argentyn 23?
2. How much silver should I take? Dosage info please.
3. Has anyone out there used silver for lyme and babesia? Has it
helped?
