LOL and I try to pick out the biggest ones!! I do put whichever I'm cooking in a roasting pan and cover with a well fitting lid so there won't be problems with drying out. And add liquid to help too... can use chicken broth with chicken, and try pouring a 2L pepsi or coke and clove powder over a ham... yummmmm
