Two comments: First, it does indeed show just how simple things can be. It's a beautiful diagram. Second, the *text* suggests that total production time should only be a few minutes. That is entirely wrong if you use only distilled water. Such times are possible only by adding salt or something else to "speed up" the reaction. So, if the instructions are re-worked to be in accord with what we have learned about making CS without added salt, then you'll have a very good tool for explaining it. Thanks, Taylor.
