I cure these types of situations by 'Blocking' the poster I find offensive or demeaning. I simply author up several rules in the "Message Rules" area of Menu Heading Tools in my mail client which states that anywhere a message is found with some-such name, it should be deleted either in my mail program or at the server. Keeps things simple. And no one has to unsub from the Silver-list. Mike is either on vacation or not well. This is uncharacteristic for him to not reply. So something is not right in his corner. We need to send 'Get Well' messages to Mike maybe. Also, I don't know if anyone has awakened to the fact now that there is much happening in the arena of this 'Swine Flu' which is a much more important topic to discuss than 'Turkeys' - don't ya all think? Whether sponsored by WHO or not, maybe we should spend some time tossing ideas around for a preventative protocol using CS and anything else that someone knows about. I just learned about Boneset for alleviating and preventing Flus. Just ignore the Turkey thing and block anyone whose messages you don't wish to appear in your mail.
