You could also use an essential oil atomizer, and leave it on as long as you like. They range from $40 - $150, and just blow air across the oil (or CS) spray. They have some minimal noise. The motor is a fish tank motor, so they should be quite durable. They have a special glass piece that hooks onto the air intake and output spouts.
