Hi Marshall, I have always been a slow breather... I have never been  
bothered by that set & can even take longer breathes.  You may be right  for 
some 
people. They should  definitely find their limits. Thanks ,  Lois
  Raising 3 children alone, working full time (teaching Kindergarten  & 
first grade), doing all the car repair, plumbing , carpentry, house work,  
animal care, etc. etc. etc.   I used to say---" OK kids Give me just 5  
min's..I 
lie flat and breath deep.  That was all it took so I could do all  the "kid 
things" they needed  & a lot of the rest....I did a heck  of a lot of deep 
breathing---..:-)
