Does anyone have any remedy for pinched nerve in lower back, most likely sciatica? My 82 y/o mother is suffering and gets only temporary relief from PT. She is normally very active and all the "resting" and pain is very isolating for her (she is also hard of hearing) and I see her becoming depressed as a result. I would appreciate any ideas.
