Yw, I had to chuckle at the sight of a penny taped to ya. Might get a few looks
at walmart etc...lol

Hey Little Bird,

I remember my parents doing that when I was younger and I used it for my kids
way back when. And it's not painful now, nor is it very itchy since using the
Magnascent iodine earlier. I have also taped a penny over it, so I can't feel
the hard knot under it right now.

The spot is very, very warm though. And the skin feels 'leathery' (probably
because of the overnight DMSO I used). Guess I need to break out the emu or
coconut oil in addition to whatever else I end up using tonight.

Thanks!
Ruth

I finaly remembered what I used. Tobacco. But I don't have any around
anymore. damp tobacco on it draws out poison, and the nicotene helps with the
pain. Not sure if this far along with it tho. I would probably peroxide it for
infection and put antibiotic ointment on it. Hope this helps. Blessings, Little
Bird

I'm beating my brains out tryin to remember what we decided was the best
protocol for a sting.

  =====================

It has been reported on another list that taping a penny on top of the stung
area eliminates the pain and itching. Apparently the copper in the penny is
healing.
