It actually comes with a bottle of Eucalyptus oil...but oil goes to the
top and the water feeds into the sonic mist maker from the bottom.
Oils don't work very well and you have to clean everything up. [I'd not do
it again]
Water soluble tincture maybe..but if using it for CS, why contaminate the
thing?

Not on the box, but the instructions call the mist discharge orifice a
nebulizer tube.
No filters to bypass either.
