Hi, Laurie,

I go to my doc¹s office and he mixes the vitamins and magnesium and puts the
IV into my arm.  I do not do it myself.

I have heard of the spit test but have never done it.  Some claim it is
reliable, others say it is not so reliable.  I¹ll leave the duration of the
IV¹s up to my ND.
