Hi,

You can make any kind of nut or seed "milk" just by throwing a handful of
whatever in the blender, adding water and walla! Milk. I have been doing
this for about 12 years now and I rotate so that I don't become allergic to
one of them as I did with the cashew milk which was my favorite. Also
sesame oil is supposed to never go rancid. It is used in Eastern healing
practices. Put a dab of sesame oil on all your pulse points every day and
this is supposed to help balance you. I use for face and so forth. Great
stuff. Love that roasted sesame oil flavor too.
Blessings,
Susan
