Hi, I've often wondered how long colloidal silver would keep cut lettuce from oxidizing. I sprayed a bag of fresh cut lettuce with colloidal silver, shook it to coat it well, then expressed all the air I could. It lasted well for 4 days. It would have been fine on the 5th day if you'd picked a few pieces out.
