This is off-topic, except for the very speculative concerns some have
about bacteria being in "chem-trails," said bacteria possibly being
countered by EIS.

My own view has long been that these trails are geo-engineering
experiments.
The linked essay gives an overview of the issue, from the perspective
of an author who evidently believes he is discussing a hypothetical
scenario, rather than an ongoing experiment.
