I read the same thing as you did Jess.

I did try them myself a couple of years ago and found that the gunk on them was quite dark in the beginning and over time as I continued to use them over a period of weeks the gunk became lighter and lighter which seemed to indicate that something other than only sweat was causing the change.

Did I feel better? For someone with Lyme disease that is a tricky question. Nothing is ever in isolation enough to get an accurate fix on much until the recovery is complete.

I heard they turn color when they are exposed to moisture. But now that you
say they were 2 different colors on 2 different people, one person may have
sweated more than the other over the night. I guess an experiment would be
to dip in water and then leave overnight to dry. Check in morning to see if
the color changed. Jess

Subject: CS>IONIC FOOT BATHS

Hi,

This might be of interest. I had some foot pads and my friend and I tried a
pair for one night. The color difference was impressive and vast between
us. One pair was blackish brown and the other a distinct yellow. Do they
work? Why not?

Jean

Just like the
foot pads that are supposed to draw out toxins. Anyone know if they
are good or not?
