I'm doing a bit of reading about this topic (ORP, H202, and Ozonated
Water).
Interestingly, ozonated water is said to have a very highly negative
(beneficial) ORP, whereas H202 is highly oxidative and as a highly
positive ORP value.
Here's some online reading that may be useful:

action.html
Also this:

Ode has implied that nebulized ozonated water might have a harmful
effect on the lungs, as I think H202 would likely have. I wonder if
this is correct. Much to learn about this topic; useful comments
from experts most welcome.
