Thank You to everyone who responded i mixed some cs with aloe vera gel
this morning i keep that handy for sunburns and used that on my feet
on my way out the door . Its still hurting
but seems to be working i won't be working over the weekend so
hopefully it will get better just wearing sandals instead of work
