Hi John... I can tell you I have had this problem myself to the point of being nearly deaf. I bought some CS and started putting some drops in my ears and by the next day the ringing was nearly gone. I feel I must have had a bad ear infection and was the cause of the tinnitus...actually I believe I have serious inflammation throughout my whole body due to extremely bad teeth and was my main reason for buying and using CS.
