Assuming you were speaking of Microwaving CS...
 CS doesn't explode in a microwave, come on...TRY it, be brave.
It behaves just like tap water...with copper or iron in it.

Ever "nuke" salty water?
It has sodium, a metal, in it.

Ever put sodium in water? ...now THAT explodes REAL good....with a LOT of white smoke. [Oh what fun a kid can have when they change the sodium coolant in a nuclear sub and don't keep track of what happens to it.]
