Why pay $15 to $50 an ounce for unknown and possibly toxic stuff when you can make your own forever with a $15 investment in parts and a little soldering? And even if you make bad CS, if you use .999 silver and distilled water in a glass or hard plastic container, you'll at least know it contains no other metals. Even if you spend $100 or more for one of the fancy cs generators, it'll pay for itself with the first 1-quart batch.
