I don't think there is anything wrong with this product, it is
probably very good.  It apparently takes less steps to process in the
body than Vitamin D3.

However, if you don't have any kidney problem, you could probably use
the Vitamin D3 supplement, which is a lot cheaper, if you are paying
for it yourself.
