Hi Ya'All, It is that time again.
I have reported on the four brew samples that lasted for four hours. The two in particlular that I wish to address this time is the Wal-Mart and the Abspure DW's. Wal-Mart, 2 mS, initial current (Ic) = .28 ma, 4 hr ppm = 13.7, colorless. Absopure, 4 mS, initial current (Ic) = 1.45 ma, 4 hr ppm = 27, colorless. Desiring to run a curve with an an Ic of about .38 I mixed Wal-Mart and Absopure to get the desired Ic. After four hours the CS had a gray cast to it and a lot of sludge, also the electrodes had a dark gray smooth coating on them, and the ppm was 14.5 ppm. After filtering and several days later the color still has a faint gray tinge to it. The question in my mind is what is the difference in the distillation equipment use to make these waters? Each sample by itself is very good, but together they are less desirable. "Ole Bob" -- The silver-list is a moderated forum for discussion of colloidal silver.
