Can you eat foods that contain iodine?  Low?  Medium?  High?

   I'm also allergic to betadyne, and have found that it isn't just the
iodine, in it that is an allergen for me. I have also reacted to povidone in
products that don't contain any iodine. Povidone is supposedly 100%
biologically inert, but not for me....also watch out for crospovidone.
