Not a lot, just a little more pure that's all, the impurities are so negligible in 99.9 that after ingestion of EIS they pale into insignificance in the scheme of things, as someone else stated on here some time ago...there will in all probability be more 'impurities' in the water used which will have any appreciable effect than the purity percentage of silver, anything from 99.9% (3 nine) and purer is acceptable.
Relax, as long as the silver is 3 nine or higher in purity you are good.
